The Atelier of Isabelle de Borchgrave is an ideal space for hosting transporting events. Our events team will work with your organization to create an impressive and unforgettable occasion.
Through collaboration with Isabelle de Borchgrave, Claire Bataille and Paul Ibens with their associate the architect Koen Pauwels, have made Isabelle’s dream for an all-purpose studio into a beautiful reality. The design, with pure lines and numerous windows looking out onto downtown Brussels, is a stunning, light filled space of 1000m2. The physical structure, surrounded by gardens of Isabelle’s careful design, complement the simple elegance of the studio. These spaces together create the perfect backdrop for walking dinners, gallery opening receptions, conferences, and more.
By nature of the dynamic evolution of the artist’s work, each event will be unique among with the changing of projects in the studio, which visitors will see firsthand.
The space is fully adaptable to any type of event—bound only by the limits of the imagination—with some examples suggested below:
• Magical seated dinners for a party of 200 people, as well as cocktail parties or buffet dinners for up to 350 people, can be provided by one of the caterers that we have on our approved list.
• For workshops and seminars, the seminar hall can accommodate up to 200 seated guests.
• The showroom can accommodate a seminar of 10-60 people, with the possibility of a fixed menu lunch.
• The gallery space is provided, along with the adjoining showroom for gallery openings and exhibitions.
Situated at 73-75 chaussée de Vleurgat in Brussels, zone 1050, the studio is easily accessible by major roads and public transit. Nearby Place Flagey has a large parking garage.
