Orders for Museums
Isabelle has also fulfilled many orders in paper for Museums. In 2001, the John F. Kennedy Library and Museum in Boston asked her to create a paper copy of Jacky Kennedy’s wedding dress. In 2007, with her collection A la découverte de la cour de Savoie (Exploring the Court of Savoy), the Palazzo Reale of Turin asked Isabelle to make a series of gowns and costumes in paper, which look back at the history of the Court of Savoy in the 18th century. In 2008, the High Museum of Atlanta ordered a Marie-Antoinette gown and a Louis XVI costume from her. In 2009, the Tsarskoye Selo Museum in Saint Petersburg asked her to bring Elisabeth Petrovna back to life. A year later, the Legion of Honor Museum in San Francisco has ordered a series of costumes from her, relating to their collections.
